If you can't find your lockbox and need to unlock your apps, you can use an Emergency Unlock.
You only get 5 Emergency Unlocks per month, and when you run out, you do not get more.
How is this different from iPhone Time limits or Android Digital Wellbeing?
The default time limits on your phone are too easy to escape. Just click "Skip" and there you are again, scrolling for hours.
