What if I lose my LockBox?
If you can't find your lockbox and need to unlock your apps, you can use an Emergency Unlock.
You only get 5 Emergency Unlocks per month, and when you run out, you do not get more.
How is this different from iPhone Time limits or Android Digital Wellbeing?
The default time limits on your phone are too easy to escape. Just click "Skip" and there you are again, scrolling for hours.
To bypass LockBox app locking, you must tap the physical LockBox Device. A powerful physical intervention to a digital addiction.
Will my phone work with LockBox?
We support iPhone and Android devices with the following versions:
iPhone: iOS 16.5 or later.
Android: 8.0 or later
What if it runs out of battery?
It doesn't have a battery, so no charging is required. LockBox has an embedded chip that uses the energy from your phone when needed.
What is included with my LockBox purchase?
Your LockBox comes with lifetime access to the app - no subscription fees! We'll send you instructions for downloading and setting up your LockBox in the mail.
